An Edinburgh Christmas

One of the joys of living in St Andrews is that it’s pretty easy to get to Edinburgh.. (about the only place easy to get to mind, it’s a little bit isolated..!) But this meant that Edinburgh Christmas markets were definitely on the cards – and had been for several months. All we needed was to find out when our exams were, and then plan accordingly!

Thankfully we managed to find a day that worked, and headed over to feel festive in the city – and it was such a lovely day! I thought I’d share a few of the highlights – and things to look out for if you’re near Edinburgh this Christmas!

Walking in the Footsteps of Jesus | The …

Welcome back to the next instalment of my recent adventures round the Holy Land.

Just another place we hear so much about, but dream of seeing? ‘twas definitely the case for me. Dealing with the Unknown

I don’t know about you, but when I don’t know something, I’ll often try my best to find out the answer, or work out what’s going on. To put it bluntly, I don’t like not knowing. Even worse, is feeling out of control.

It can feel almost like a spiral. As if there’s one thing that I don’t know, and that’ll spark another question, and if they don’t get answered, then the anxiety starts to mount. Sometimes, it’s a quick fix: as simple as asking a couple of questions, and my mind is put to rest. But sometimes, it’s not that simple.

A Snapshot of Pembrokeshire

Almost a year ago, my family and I went to explore the west coast of Wales, in the gorgeous county of Pembrokeshire. I must admit…
